The Sneha Bhavanam Project is one of the most significant initiatives implemented by the National Service Scheme (NSS). Through this project, numerous NSS units across the state have successfully constructed and handed over many houses to the needy. Shelter is one of the most fundamental human necessities, and this project directly addresses that critical need. The construction of each house is completed using funds raised by NSS volunteers through various challenges and fundraising activities. This process instils a sense of ownership and responsibility among the students involved. The Sneha Bhavanam Project has been instrumental in nurturing compassion, empathy, and a spirit of cooperation among students. It plays a vital role in moulding them into responsible citizens committed to the welfare of society. It is highly commendable that the National Service Scheme, through this initiative, has succeeded in fostering social commitment among the youth.
